Chy Kensa, Porthleven

The cottage is fully equipped for four and has had an extensive refurbishment for 2011.  The large lounge has solid oak flooring, high quality leather sofas and a dining table and chairs for six, digital freeview TV, DVD, video and music centre.  Heating is provided by an extremely efficient water filled electric radiator and a feature gas fire.  The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.  Heating on this floor is by electric panel heaters in the bedrooms and a nightstore heater on the landing.

French doors lead from the lounge to a delightful enclosed patio with table and chairs and the cottage has the added bonus of its own parking space by the front door.  One well behaved pet is welcome.

Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, cot and high chair are all provided and electricity and heating are included in the price.

Chy Kensa adjoins Rosen Chy which makes both properties an ideal choice if two families wish to holiday together but still retain their own private space.
