Harbour View House is a superb reverse level, three bedroom property with two bathrooms. The accommodation is arranged to take full advantage of the lovely views and is located on the quieter side of the harbour just three minutes walk away from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Porthleven. The property has quality soft furnishings, under floor heating throughout and thermostats located in each room for individual temperature control. Accommodation Details:The ground floor is tiled with bedside rugs and all bedrooms have ample storage. The master bedroom has a super king bed and en-suite wet room with shower, lavatory, washbasin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a third bedroom has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath, washbasin, lavatory, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail.From the hallway a staircase leads to the magnificent light and airy open plan living area which is 33 ft by 19 ft. The staircase and first floor are made of solid engineered oak and the room is divided into three distinct areas. A spacious galley kitchen at the back of the room is equipped with washer/dryer, fridge and separate freezer and granite worktops. Cooking facilities consist of a Bosch fan assisted oven with grill plus a combination microwave with grill, warming plate and ceramic hob. The dining area, with an oak table and six leather dining chairs, has a bay window overlooking the harbour with a window seat and two easy leather leather chairs. At the opposite end is the lounge area with two leather sofas, two swivel chairs with footstools and another bay window with window seat overlooking the harbour. There is a 32" flat screen TV with freeview, DVD recorder/player and HiFi. A modern wood burning stove makes this property as wonderful for winter holidays as it is in the summer. Broadband is available by logging on to the free visitor facility provided by Porthleven.net. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is a small grassed area beside the house and a chipped parking area for one car. There is also plenty of road side parking outside the property. Just across the road, overlooking the harbour, is a small, enclosed patio area with table and chairs.
