1 The Mackerel Building is a superb ground floor apartment sleeping four, right on the harbour, beside 1 and 2 Mackerel Cottages.

Accommodation Details:

The lounge/dining/kitchen area is all open plan with solid oak flooring throughout. The lounge is in the front of the building and is very light and airy with a large floor-to-ceiling window at the end where you can sit and watch the local fishermen bringing in their catch. It is furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas, contemporary soft furnishings, 32" LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, HiFi with DAB radio, ipod docking station and broadband. At the rear of this room is the dining area with solid oak table and chairs and a high quality kitchen with granite worktops and integrated oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and there is a further family bathroom which has a bath with hand-held shower attachment.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout with individual thermostats in each room. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

With its own parking space by the door, this apartment is a wonderful addition to our portfolio and can, of course, be booked in conjunction with 1 or 2 Mackerel Cottages if two families wish to come on holiday together but still retain their own private space.
