Pew Cottage is on the end of a quiet pedestrian row of three cottages converted from buildings which were in the past a Christadelphian Hall and the local gig club.  It has been finished to the highest standard and is in a superb central position just off the harbour and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

The ground floor is tiled throughout and has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath.  The whole of the ground floor has underfloor heating with individual controls in both bedrooms.

The whole of the first floor is open plan with solid oak flooring and high vaulted ceilings with inset lighting.  The kitchen is extremely well equipped with granite worktops and Neff appliances which include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave.

The lounge area is beautifully furnished with oak tables and sideboard and comfortable leather sofas.  For your entertainment there is a large screen TV with a full Sky package including sports and movies, DVD player and also Wi fi internet access.  Heating on this floor is by two modern nightstore heaters and a wood burning stove with logs supplied.

A private parking space is an added bonus for this lovely cottage.
