Sea Cottage, Porthleven (2 bedrooms) 
This cosy, semi-detached cottage is situated just above the beach and has views of Mounts Bay from every window. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village in one direction and to the National Trust's Penrose Estate, with its woodland walks, in the other.
The cottage is fully equipped for four people and is very comfortably furnished with heating provided by panel heaters throughout. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds - 2'6" so probably more suitable for children - a shower room and toilet. Downstairs the sitting room and kitchen/diner are of open plan design. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave. The sitting room has a comfortable suite, electric fire, colour TV, DVD, video and a radio/CD player. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Duvets, bed linen, towels and hairdryer are all provided and electricity is included in the price. There is a small patio at the front of the property which enjoys sunshine for most of the day and access to the beach is just a few yards down the road. Parking is in the road about 100 yards up the hill but between the end of September and the beginning of June you can park outside the cottage. Sea Cottage has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted.
