Accommodation Details

The accommodation comprises a large lounge with huge windows looking out to sea, luxury leather sofas, TV, Sky plus, DVD & WiFi. The well equipped kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and the dining area also has a comfortable leather sofa and large flat screen TV. Luxury bathroom with bath and seperate shower and an additional shower room which also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A large, sunny conservatory leads off the kitchen and this opens on to the garden and a decked seating area with stunning sea views. Around the corner is another sunbathing patio, also with sea views.

The property is surrounded by a large garden and has ample parking. Garden shed with sun loungers and beach toys. Entrance gates make Trerowton completely enclosed. Trerowton is an attractive ten/fifteen minute walk from the beach and local amenities with a path all the way. There is a large pay and display car park right beside the beach if you don't feel like walking.
