The accommodation comprises a lounge with TV, Sky, DVD/video and top quality leather sofas, a large kitchen/diner with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom, additional shower room and a large sunny conservatory. This leads out on to a decked seating area with views to the sea and around the corner is another patio for sunbathing, also with views to the sea. The lounge, bedrooms and conservatory also have sea views. The property is surrounded by a large garden and has ample parking. Double entrance gates make Trerowton completely enclosed. Duvets, bed linen and towels are all provided and electricity and oil fired central heating is included.
There is also a large garage with extra tumble dryers and a garden shed with garden furniture and beach toys for the children.
The bungalow is an attractive ten/fifteen minute walk from the beach and local amenities with a path all the way. There is a large pay and display car park right beside the beach if you don't feel like walking.
